Located in the Spring District of Bellevue, Washington, Block 13 is part of a major transit-oriented community being developed by the Wright Runstad & Company. As one of 24 planned and built buildings in the development, this Class A office building was completed in 2024 and houses 212,000 square feet of office space. Building features 4 levels of below-grade parking connected to an adjacent structure as well as a series of vegetated roof areas at the podium and tower roof.
