Located along Beaverton Creek and within walking distance to the Beaverton Central MAX Station, Center Plaza Apartments boasts a fantastic location in Oregon’s sixth-largest city. Certa was engaged by the owner to make the necessary envelope and roof updates to the four southern buildings which had exceeded the performance life spans.
Following a fast-tracked design process, the team was able to complete an extensive testing protocol and deliver the project several months ahead of schedule without the need to relocate tenants or adversely impact the leasing of the property.
