Summary
With Sweeping views of the Willamette River and St. Johns Bridge, Decatur Bridgewater Vista is a mid-rise wood-framed structure in the St. Johns neighborhood of Portland Oregon. Following the discovery of major exterior issues, the Certa team was engaged to provide expert evaluation services to the Home Owners Association in order to aid in the repair process of their building. From developing the initial conceptual scope of repairs to generating a complete set of design documents, the Certa team assisted the HOA to select the right contracting partner for a challenging repair. In collaboration with the Ownership, Community Management, and General Contractor teams, Certa provided oversight and management services throughout construction to achieve outstanding results for this community.
Certa continues our relationship with the Decatur Bridgewater Vista HOA, providing post-construction services including reserve study and maintenance planning services, greatly extending the life of this unique building.
